Project Overview
In 2021 a client came to me with a challenge. To design the MVP for a kitchen management platform for food delivery, Gritsee. The idea was to help small delivery food brands to do logistics, and pricing menus to put them into an existing commercial kitchen. And at the same tim
My Contributions
He was going to pitch the idea to the stakeholders, he had pieces of this process in a messy array of docs, spreadsheets, and apps. He wanted to develop the idea further and asked me for some initial product concept to visualize how it would look like in a web platform.
The Process

This project had a tight timeline, The first week was all about discovery, understanding the users, and looking into references. The client also asked for competitive research, so I worked on it and we reviewed it together. That helped us identify the core functionalities and needs.

The second delivery was defining the information architecture and navigation. I started right away at high fidelity, designing the log-in, dashboard, work order, and product pages.

For the look and feel we decided to keep the colors and font from the logo, but then I introduced a cheerful and friendly UI, with colorful visualizations, organic shapes and rounded corners
